A Holistic Approach of Therapeutic Essential Oils
Our body is a whole, an each part interact with each others to reach a state of equilibrium. Our body is so smart to regulate itself to maintain this homeostasis state by producing the right amounts of hormones. Modern Western medical perspective of treating human illness is not based on a holistic perspective. If your eyes have problem, your doctor will treat your eye; if your nose is having problem, they will treat your nose. Thus, the modern western treatments usually only focus on the areas that has the problems.

Essential oils also help to control the multiplication and renewal of cells. Evidences have shown that essential oils contain cytophilactic and healing effects on our body as well. The most well known essential oils are lavender essential oils, sage, geranium, and garlic. All of these aromatherapy essential oils have anticarcinogenic effects. These substances usually present in the outer part of leaves and in the bark of some trees. Most of these aromatic oils plants usually grow in the dry areas.
